Maureen - my Mum was a very special lady. Sadly we lost her to Ovarian cancer at the age of 59 in March 1997 after a very short illness. Mum was an inspiration to us all - a petite lady, full of fun and energy. I miss her and continue to miss her everyday and hope that a cure can someday be found for this terrible disease that continues to devastate families just like ours.
